Easy, convenient, great location, easy to book a room online, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, no fuss or problems Everything was great, only wish you stocked coke products instead of pepsi...I had to walk around the block to get a diet coke... this was only a slight inconvenience and personal preference.
Comfortabel bed Restauraunt was a bit cold
The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed with the quality of the fresh fruit and its presentation. The variety of little extras to add to cereal was also great and the yogurt the best I've ever tasted and I eat a lot of yogurt! I go back just for the breakfast. The lack of alcohol variety in the room. I don't drink beer and would have liked a glass of wine but there wasn't any. I'd also like to see better lighting when applying makeup - a fluorescent light would be good. I've passed these comments on direct to the hotel.
Very comfortable bed, great facilities in room including TV, larger type balcony very nice indeed. Would definitely stay here again
room was well appointed, with great view over golf course and beach area. Amenities excellent, staff great, shower was good. Access to 24hr room service a plus. car park difficult to negotiate.
Very clean modern close to the city & beaches friendly helpful staff a pleasure to stay
Visiting New South Wales? Don’t miss Wollongong! Such a perfect seaside town with a gorgeous beach, beautiful parks, and a nice downtown, and close to Royal National Park and Sydney. We loved it! The Adina is a hotel with apartments instead of hotel rooms. Ours was a studio with a microwave and fridge rather than a full kitchen, but it was all we needed for one night. Our room was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, though small, was bright and fresh – like new. We even had a balcony. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small fitness room and pool, but taking advantage of the beachfront is a better way to spend one’s time! If all Adina Hotels are like this, one, we would definitely stay at an Adina again. They charge for internet and parking, or you can get 30 mins. free internet in the lobby and park on the street (but watch the time limits).
The staff were really lovely. When I made the booking, the site implied that check out was 10-1pm. As checkout is meant to be at ten perhaps that should be rephrased.
The staff were friendly, location convenient No restaurant, room was very noisy on a saturday night, not enough parking
Modern, clean and comfortable. central location
The Medina is centrally located within easy walking distance to all things my wife and I enjoy doing on our short breaks. The beach ,seeing shows at the Entertainment centre, dining at the different restaurants and of course a little shopping. We would then come back and enjoy a swim in the pool and relax with a sauna to end the day.
The staff were very accomadation and lovely. The rooms were very clean and had a wonderful amount of space. We shall return
Very clean and close to CBD The internet charges are too expensive compare to other hotels. Probably not for family as the room are small and lack of alternative other than inter connected rooms.
The Hotel was clean and ideal for our pupose which was to visit family in Wollongong. The Hotel did not advertise that parking was not guaranteed and we were not able to park our car in saftey untill 11pm when hotel staff finished there shift. The management says that this omission will be rectified.
