English-language capable. 5km from airport
Excellent value for money for the rate we paid, The room had everything we wanted and was perfectly clean and well made up each day.Staff were pleasant and helpful, The one English TV channel needs to be a bit more adventurous, Sky News repeating every 15 minutes is rather pointless, The breakfast was excellent if you get down early as replenshment is very slow or non existent, but again for the money we paid it was first class Nothing we really disliked but some may find it a little too far out of the city centre, although there is a tram stop immediately outside the hotel. If you are there for a few days buy the 48 or 72 hour tram pass it works out much, much cheaper
The hotel is clen, the room in which I stayed was large,well-equipped and confortable and the brakfast was excellent. It was easy to reach both Poznan city centre and train station (trams 15 and 6 respectively).,the former being about 25 minutes away and the latter 15.
Location, because I had business nearby Hotel is run by state-owned research institute, so they lack basic hotel management know-how
The warm welcome. Help and advice on sites to visit, assistance with using public transport. The restaurant sevice and standard of meals was very good.
Excellent facilities and within easy reach of the City Centre by tram. Exceptional value.
Big room, situated backwards, adequate furnishings.Good breakfast buffet Very good restaurant. Pay attention to special offers, full prices inadequate. Free parking only before the hotel, avoid high prices for attended parking lot. Some receptionists speaking poor English, insufficient assistance about the city. Cargo planes into late night. Poor satellite TV. Cleaning ladies enter without knocking. Only a small bin in the bathroom, no bigger wastebasket in the room - extra trash bags and empty bottles not removed for days though complained. Complaints handled with delay or not at all. Reduction in restaurant to residents granted only after complaint.
