Fantastic staff and great clean & modern rooms
Not much. Bathrooms smaller then most RV's. No queen or king beds, only doubles. Freight trains run all night within 50 feet of property, no sleep. Restaurant has poor service. It was a breakfast buffet. We asked for waters and the three staff members wouldn't serve us water, said we had to wait for OUR server, who apparently on break. Waiting 10 minutes for the water. Poor experience overall.
Beds were too small (need queen beds) and would like small fridge. If had these items, stay would have been perfect.
The bed was very comfortable and the view was great. We actually had a staff member unlock our door and enter our room without knocking first - it was our anniversary stay, so needless to say, it was a rather uncomfortable encounter. We had stayed here before the flood of 2008 and subsequent remodel. The pool looked like it got smaller and there was no hot tub. Not sure why they wouldn't add one with the multi-million dollar remodel? The bathroom was tiny - you can barely close the door without it hitting you. 2 staff members called in sick to the restaurant, so there were only 3 people trying to serve everyone for breakfast. Overall, not worth having to pay for the parking ramp, expensive undercooked breakfast, and feeling like anyone would walk into your room at any time.
