立地はグランドステーションに近く、買い物も大変便利。 そばにスーパーもあり滞在しやすい。 部屋のワイヤレスランは有料だが、ロビーではフリーWiFiの環境で重宝した。
Service staff never made me feel like I was a bother. I loved the spacious and newly remodeled room we stayed in. Beautiful bump out bay window with breathtaking views of the river and Lake Michigan. Bathroom had very high end finishes, and also included a television in the mirror! The maintenance guy who tried to fix a broken bathroom light was using very profane language as he failed at repairing the light. However, this staff member's behavior scored us a free upgrade from city view - to river lake view - so it all worked out.
great accomodations and service
Superior service and accommodations, personal at hotel far superior to any staff at any hotel!
This is a great hotel the atmosphere that employees everyone was great there
The staff was extremely helpful with everything from directions to meal preferences. The quality of atmosphere was also very good. The decor and views from the hotel were better than anywhere I've ever stayed. The pool area was not on par with the essence or ambiance of the rest of the hotel, with the lack of hot tub areas and the extreme plainness of the pool area compared to the rest of the hotel.
Extremely helpful staff and the facilities were first class from room amenities to the gym. Location is great - easy walking access to shopping, tourist destinations etc
Loved the convenience to attractions and activities downtown, and really enjoyed the cooked-to-order omelets in the morning. Watching the chef was great! I didn't care for the decor/style of the room floors; looking out from the hallway it reminded me of a prison or a housing project. While I enjoyed the stay, the room, and the service, none of it was worth the price I paid. Way too expensive.
Very good location Hotel wasn't nearly as nice as other embassy suites I have stayed at.
Nice hotel, casual and comfortable. Great breakfast. Very convenient to Navy Pier. Would definitely reccomend to friends and would stay here again.
Located close to shopping and conference centers Amenities are average
Enjoyed the room and the overall layout of the room.
Stayed here Dec 12-14, 2014, this was our 2nd time staying here due to close proximity to Navy Pier's Winter Wonderland. Last year the Manager's reception offered better appetizers, seemed to be a bit cheaper this year. Staff is wonderful and room was really clean. We had an issue with the thermostat, it was almost 80 degrees the whole stay. The kids love it here, it's really family oriented. They seemed to like swimming in the pool better than Winter Wonderland, they made several little friends during our short stay. Will probably be back next year, we love it here.
Friendly staff and clean facility No complaints
Not convient. Poor service
Great location and comfortable rooms; breakfast was an awesome surprise in variety and quality Room service was slow, rooms not super clean and could definitely do without the lobby dance music during the day when kids were napping
We wanted to be close to Navy Pier and we were!! The suite was clean and functional and quiet once the door was shut. The hotel is massive--I had no idea. And if you have a fear of heights (as I do) it is not for you: the suites open onto a huge atrium space. Check- in was easy and there was no check-out. In fact, I was told that if I needed a receipt that I needed to get it through booking.com (I found that odd). There is no personal service, yet they do manage to serve breakfast and a cocktail or wine to the hordes quite efficiently.
Staff was very helpful and we were able to get a later checkout upon our departure, which was nice and allowed to kids to swim for a bit before we left. Check in and out was easy, and parking was easily accessible. The price on the all inclusive Disney kids on Demand TV package I order did not reflect what was charged to my bill. It was only a difference of $2.99 and ultimately not a big deal, but still, I feel as though you should be paying what you are quoted. Also, being that it was a holiday weekend, it would have been nice if breakfast was open until 10 as it is on the weekends, but I get the weekend vs. weekend schedule. The lines were a bit long by the end of breakfast and early breakfast is always hard to do with my kids. But again, not a huge deal in the whole scheme of things. We will definitely be back.
Staff super nice Lines for breakfast n drinks but breakfast spread was huge!
Very comfortable, nice different decoration, excellent service, personnel, complimentary wine between 5-6pm. Few blocks from Billy Eliot's musical (must see!). Great restaurant close by, Catch 35! Nice walk to Mgnif. Mile. Allow 1 hour to airport due to traffic. nothing
Great location. Morning coffee and afternoon wine. The room was too dark. There is inadequate lighting. Pillows were feather but far too soft.
Everything..great fluffy pancakes at breakfast I love this hotel. For some reason when I checked in they thought I had requested an adjoining room (I did not)and did not have me scheduled for a room with 2 beds that I had reserved. However they did some juggling and gave me the type of room I had requested.
Excellent location, clean comfortable room, polite helpful staff, free wine & snack every evening.... Nothing
Location was central to everything and the staff was very helpful. Toilet paper was really poor quality. Minor problem with the bill that was quickly settled.
This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was excellent. Also free WiFi. I will definitely book this hotel again on one of my business trips to Chicago.
Great, attentive staff. Terrific location by the river. Comfortable bed. Lobby Door staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Expensive for what you get. Room a/c is on energy saving computer load management, so it can take ten minutes to respond. River view 7th floor deluxe king Room had one uncomfortable arm chair, and a tiny sliver of a window that allowed one to see the bridge over the river, but, no water or boats. Exercise room was a joke, just A universal and dumbells. Free morning coffee a plus, but offset with tiny cups and mediocre coffee blend. Free evening wine was nice, but unlike far less expensive embassy suites, no snacks offered.
Great location and a very good hotel overall No tea or coffee facilities in the room.
Stylish, friendly staff, good location. Lovely L'Occetaine toiletries, but putting bath products (those bath "bombs") for sale in the bathroom is tacky. Either offer them as an amenity or don't put them out at all. Same with the "animal" socks. Hotel rooms aren't department stores. Coffee in the lobby was excellent. It would be nice if you could add a small selection of rolls or muffins to complement the coffee. And it would be great if the coffee service was offered until noon or even later. Asked for and received a quiet room. However, the trade off was a room overlooking a service roof/steakhouse sign, with no view of the beautiful city of Chicago. I would imagine a quiet room can be had without sacrificing a city view. Don't double glazed windows block out noise? The room was dark because of the lack of natural light and somewhat depressing. Prior to my visit I joined the Kimpton club, but the front desk had no record of my membership. Membership is supposed to offer a number of benefits, including preferred newspaper delivered to the room, but I only received the requested ny Times one day out of the three I stayed at the hotel. Pad and pen (I took them with me when I went out) were not replaced during my stay
We enjoyed the wine reception and the taste breakfast in the adjecent restaurant. The hotel is located right in the heart of Chicago and pleasantlly quiet. The hotel does not provide slipers.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfy rooms. Beautifully designed entry way. Wine hour at 5pm was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and museums. Ended up with a room that had absolutely no view. Room cleaning could have been better, but nothing gross. Those two things made the $190 plus tax per night room a little too expensive.
No available movies to watch in room.
Overall hotel is good...good location, nice athmosphere, etc Bugs in the bed! ... Woman hair in the bed! ... Air conditioner not working properly....
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room was ready when we arrived and they upgraded us on the house which was very nice. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful they were so nice and friendly that made our stay that much better. I will definitely be stay there next time I visit Chicago.
Location is perfect you can literally walk to 5 STAR restaurants and catching a cab or uber no problem. The staff was great, my room was a little small with no view and when I asked to switch rooms they gave me a much bigger room with water/bridge view of the city on the 11th floor. The staff are very friendly and they made me feel at home. I'm from California and its always nice to feel welcome and greeted with a smile. The bathroom shower head is amazing you will want to stay as long as you can in the shower. The set up of the room is beautiful and modern. The view and large space in room is amazing, but the walls are thin and I can hear the elevator going up and down day and night and people talking in the hallways. I'm really big with bathrooms and I didn't like how the bathroom floor felt on my feet.
Location in the heart of Chicago downtown. Lack of concern for the interests of customers. I was a Marriot Gold Elite member and after this recent stay I felt like I should quit the reward program for good.
The rooms are nice size, it's in a great location, the fitness center is nice and the bar is popular. The rooms have an eclectic look. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The staff was attentive and curtious. The price was very good for the location. We ordered food at the bar and they checked on it twice but it never came. Everything else was great
Beautiful clean hotel! Very welcoming and gracious staff. Very comfortable beds.
Pleasant people. Fast elevator. No cover for the House of Blues. $69/night parking.
Great customer service! The staff was very helpful and informative. The Manager spent about 20 minutes with us outlining key points on a map he provided of places to go and things to see as well as the walking distance from the hotel. The whole staff was very friendly. The ambiance of the hotel decor & design was outstanding, not to mention the perfect view from our room. The location is superb & right in the center of Chicago's nightlife. The only thing that I didn't like about the place is that they shut down the pool area earlier than most hotels. But overall would rate this hotel a perfect 10. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
Parking cost of 69$ a night!
Location Rate Small room and bathroom Hotel could have been cleaner. Room temperature hard to regulate Very dated
The hotel was very clean, staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, very centrally located and convenient. Got a great deal on the price too! Outside of their control, the pipes froze around 10pm and there was no heat. I requested an extra blanket but it never arrived at least not by the time I fell asleep.
very friendly, super clean, nice location $50 a night parking
Me & my friend had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for a long weekend getaway. From check in to check out your staff & facilities were very pleasant & accommodating. I just want to point out that the bar staff, Brian & Izzy went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Once again, a big thank you to the AC Marriott for doing a great job!
Great neighborhood. Felt safe walking around. Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Loads to do within walking distance. The cabbies didn't seem to know where the hotel was. They tried to drop us at the Marriott which was a block away.
Great location, comfortable beds, fridge in room. Service was good. Not overly comfortable, very minimalistic, breakfast was mostly cured meats, cheeses, cereals, and fruits (no eggs, oatmeal, etc), room felt a bit cold and sterile for our style.
A very cool place. Location was great and the rooms were clean. Nothing
Comfy room. Excellent attention to detail. Super cool hotel bar. I have no complaints.
Modern, clean room with access to restaurants: some that claim to be the home of deep dish, Eataly, and some other nice but standard places. Cute cafe in the lobby with good coffee and pastry's. Close to subway, and not too tricky to get to from airport. I was surprised to see vending in the room: the mini fridge was stocked with drinks, and there were cans on pressure plates that if you moved, you bought the items. It made me feel nervous that sitting at the desk if I jostled a can I'd have to pay $5. I had them take all of the vending things out of the room, which they did quickly and with no fuss. Probably something you want to check on if you have a problem with alcohol, have kids in the room, or just not in to having impulse purchases in your room. Also, they are a decent hotel, but all of the copy on their marketing materials and their look seems like they are trying way to hard. Show, don't tell. If you have to tell us you are cool, you probably aren't. That said, it is a fine hotel - we can like you the way you are.
Quiet, quirky, nice beds, great location. Loved the robes and free, delivered to the door morning joe. View of a wall in my room, but no street noise either! A bit pricey
It was a different hotel experience. For example: They delivered fresh coffee in a thermos in the morning versus making a cup. Noisy hvac unit.
Really neat place, fantastic location and price
The front desk agent was very helpful, even though Expedia had not forwarded my reservation. She checked my bag and took my phone # and said that they would call when my room was ready... The room was clean and I like the way it was decorated. Nothing
The proximity to great eateries, bars and fun activities cannot be beat. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
What a fabulous find this little hotel is! Superb location, funky decor with a rock 'n' roll theme, and prices I couldn't beat after a day's searching online. Sure, the rooms are small, but the renos are modern and neat, and there's great music in the lobby, the bakery and the Berkshire Room. Definitely where the cool kids stay ... even if the cool kids are over 50!
