The location right on the beach was great. The room was clean and had a nice sitting area. I had a good dinner at Catch 31, right on the boardwalk with great service. When I mentioned my fish was a bit dry for my taste (but didn't want to send it back) they took half the price off the bill. Having beach chairs and towels included was convenient. And the rocking chairs on the boardwalk made for a great place to enjoy the ocean without going onto the beach. For the $1,000 I spent for two nights I expected more. The room only had a Murphy bed, and the walls were paper thin, so I could hear my neighbors' conversations clearly. The rooftop pool was nice, but I was chased down as soon as I arrived by a staff member who forced me to empty my water bottle as no outside food or drink was allowed. Housekeeping was a bit of a problem as well. I slept in the first day and then went to the beach. When my room wasn't cleaned by 3pm I called and asked if it could be done by 5pm and they said yes. When I returned at 6;30pn to clean up for dinner reservations, housekeeping was still in the process of cleaning my room. Also, the activities desk where you get your towel and beach chair was fairly aggressive about a time share promotion they were offering.
room, beach, Catch 31 rest/bar..overall, no problem with hotel. Noisy outside of elevator room. coffee pot had to be replaced, didn't work. But, most of all, the staff never even apologized when I called a few days later to tell them that Priceline (Kayak, thus Travelweb) had already charged me for my room that I booked online. Oh, no. They told me that that's just the way it is...sometimes they don't get the info in time and it's my responsibility to get ahold of Priceline and make sure they call the hotel. Not even an apology. Took three calls to get them to understand what happened. Then after talking to Priceline and get a resolution started (which still has not been resolved), I called back and left the general manager a message explaining and left my number. No, not even a phone call back after two days not. Hilton sucks. I will never stay there again, or any of their hotels. I paid $216 for one night and got double billed to my card and it still is not resolved. I am going to write the corporate office. This is horrible customer service for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The staff was very helpful. The view from the room was great. The bed was a little hard for me. Didn't care that you have to wear a colllared shirt at the hotel restaurant that's on the beach. So we never ate at the hotel. We went to other hotels to eat.
Check-in is at 4:00pm that's rather late!
We live in Northern VA and wanted a quick getaway for the weekend. This hotel was in a great location, easy parking in the garage across the street. The rooftop bar, lounge, and pool were our favorite part. The views are great and by far the best Virginia Beach experience we've had. The beach itself was extremely crowded, which we were expecting with visiting a tourist location. If you don't like crowds, do not visit Virginia Beach in the summer.
The shower was awesome and the restaurant is the best in VA Beach
Location Room was dirty, old and not well kept. Breakfast was not included. Exteremly overpriced!!
The Sky Bar was a very nice place to spend time. I wish it had been allowed to stay open later that evening (7/5) as there were multiple patrons who were asked to close their tabs and exit, but it was a good experience. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I was really surprised by this. It took me until well after 2am to finally get so tired that the comfort didn't matter and I fell asleep.
The hotel ws in a very good location. There was a lot to do out side of the hotel & there was a very nice restaurant located in the hotel. The hotel it self was nice & very clean. The only thing I found fault was that both pools closed up too early.
I loved the awesome levels of customer service given by the staff. Especially the young lady that service as hostess/attendant in the breakfast area. She's always so nice! The only thing that I didn't like was that my stay was so short.
Took the family for the weekend and it turned out to be a good choice, sits ON the beach and close to all the main attractions.
Just about everything No safe in the room for valuables
Block from the beach The breakfast was decent The employees were nice and helpful Small refigerator and microwave in room LCD TV with free movie channels Walking distance to grocery store Lots of things to do in the vicinity The non smoking room smelled like it has always been smoked in The pull out sofa bed was worn out and dirty Mattress was lumpy The pool did not look appealing Felt ghetto but it was a good price for what there is to do around. It's on the north end of the strip It's just a place to sleep when there is so much to do outside I was disappointed though. Description when booking makes it sound like its a lot better than it really is. When I walked into the room, I wanted to walk right out.
Hotel location is good. The beach is 1 block away. There are convenience stores and a supermarket very closeby. The continental breakfast has very little options and the options are not appealing. Housekeeping is really bad. Hotel looks dirty. Beds are uncomfortable.
Location only Everytning
We enjoyed the clean indoor and outdoor pools. The included breakfast was decent. Staff was great - very helpful and accommodating (we requested an early check-in as well as a delayed checkout and they were reasonable). Very easy walk to the beach. Clean and safe. Right next door to a grocery store with a large selection. Note: The hotel is very welcoming of dogs which means there can be growling when they don't get along and we had a day where the neighboring room's pet noisily whined throughout the day when it was left alone. Also, there is a pizza restaurant next door which had a loud concert one night until nearly midnight. One a positive note, we also ate there another day and the pizza was really good.
Great for the price. Lots of amenities: small pool, weight room, mini arcade in the laundry room (about 5 games). Two blocks from the beach. Dogs are welcome, so you'll see a lot of people walking through the halls with them. Employees were very friendly.
The beds were comfortable & it's always nice to have an indoor pool. When I requested a cot the staff were pretty quick to accommodate us. Breakfast was a bit limited on options, but still pretty good.
The indoor and outdoor pools, microwave and refrigerator in the room, and the location. Only one elevator at check out time
Pet friendly with no weight limit
Just dogs were everywhere! On every floor & every time we came off elevator!
Nothing Poor cleaning, need a lot update, need to clarify on what level are for pets, I see them on every floor make me thing my room could be ocuppated by pets also....breakfast is horrible..!!
Only a block from the beach and extremely dog friendly! The only think I didn't like was the spot right outside the checkin desk for dogs to use the bathroom. It was rocks so should be sprayed down due to the smell or just move the location. Not the smell I like walking past to walk into the hotel. Nice receptionist and cleaning staff. Good to quality for price
If you like public hair from a stranger on your sink, finding panties on top of the TV Stand, the smell of mildew and sheets that look like they haven't been washed in weeks, you'll love this place. Nothing All,dirty, unfriendly staff, not on the beach
Nothing They lied to me
Just a Room close to beach, no service, no breakfast, juice just a liquid... Just a Room close to beach, no service, no breakfast, juice just a liquid...
Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. I will never stay in a Travelodge again if this establishment is an example of the brand!!! I was traveling with a 4 1/2 year old special needs great granddaughter and requested easy access. Was assigned a 3rd floor walk up, room 350. Was told it was either that or a smoking room on 2nd floor. Needless to say, I only carried up what I had to have to get through the night! Even so, it was quite a few trips to get what was needed to get ready for bed with a child. The room was awful!!! Deadbolt wouldn't lock, carpet was dirty, bathroom window didn't fit properly in frame, blind was dirty, heater didn't work properly, would blow warm for a few minutes then cold until you raised the temperature, then it was a repeat, warm them blow cold air. When I reported to front desk, the attendant came and used the bible from the drawer to hold the curtain away from blower on heater (took several photos), I don't know what he thought that would accomplish! Fan on unit ran all night ! The door on cabinet with refrigerator needed repaired, hung on one hinge! The toilet seat needed the bolts tightened, would shift when you sat down. There was no safe as advertised. Was assured I would be moved to first floor as unit came available. Thursday morning went to "breakfast", door was still locked at 7:08. Danish was still icy in center, only one pot of coffee, in decaf pump pot. I asked if it was decaf and was told no , it was regular. Was given packets to make my own in room. Later, before leaving to go to friends house I stopped in office to ask procedure to transfer rooms when available since I planned to be gone most of the day. Was told room was available. I had to put special needs child in car seat and lock her in car to move belongings to new room, 116. The commode made awful noise when flushing ! I returned to room at 9pm I carried the luggage into the room along with other items needed in the care of a special needs child. There was NO hot water for a shower! There was still no hot water at 6am. There was NO hot water all day. The desk clerk came, checked it and said it should be hot in 15 minutes. After an hour there was still no hot water and I was assigned a THIRD room, 122, that I had to move all luggage and supplies and special needs child again!!! All this disruption was not good for the child and she was very upset! The latest room, 122, has a dirty carpet just like the other two rooms! This was bad because the child liked to be barefoot and would not leave shoes or socks on. I have a photo of the washcloth used to wash her feet after only 2 hours! I took pictures of the items I've "complained" about. The positive about the rooms is that the bathroom was clean and so was the bed and the blanket and coverlet are very nice, the bed comfortable .
Staff helped moved rooms to accommodate my friend with a disability at no charge. Across from beach and in the heart of the location. Newly updated. Great value for the money! Biggest complaint would be the people stating there. Not sure if they were extended stay but definitely acted like they've been there a while. Extremely loud! Guy screaming on his phone on the balcony like he was on some major drugs. One room also had some creepy guy in there that kept looking out his window at you every few minutes. I think there may have even been a drug deal on site too. Guess it's the crowd you bring in at an affordable price. If they cleaned up the dirty people that hang around the hotel, it could be top notch!
NOTHING! ROACHES LIKE CRAZY! DIRTY SHEETS AND LINEN! FILTHY! WILL NEVER STAY THWRE AGAIN
The price was low. The room was dirty. The mattress was terrible, and my blanket had a bloodstain on it.
Great rate, good location, and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was fairly clean. I did see a roach crawling on the wall that I had to kill, but otherwise the room and bathroom was clean. The hotel is very old, but I could tell that they do their best to keep it clean. There appeared to be people living in the hotel, one of them had kids running around the second floor at 11pm at night. I also saw a middle Eastern or Indian family living on the first floor, and I'm not sure if they own the hotel and live there? It was just a weird because I thought it was just a hotel, not extended stay.
Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Was not very clean, roaches on the floor and walls!
My husband was injured after a soccer game and the gentleman that does I believe the housekeeping or front desk (he was out in the parking lot a lot) helped him to our room. The fact my nephew who wasn't staying with us but I gave a key to, couldn't get the key to work and the front desk just made him a new one (this could have been anyone off the street who picked up a lost key), that the staff let my nephew in our room one time when he didn't have a key and the room stunk bad of mildew.
The furniture was in good shape. The price & location was just right not far from the beach.
I really enjoyed being very close to the beach with all advantages from that Kind of noisy in the night I think from A/C systems
Very spacious, plenty of sleeping space. Loved the fact it had a microfridge and internet. The air conditioning is poor, the room seemed very humid, the sofa and the bed seemed moist to the touch at first.
very close to the beach, pretty clean for so much beach traffic and sand pillows, no view, loud until 10 p.m.
Proximity to beach. Selection of amenities offered. Room was overpriced for accommodations. Room was dirty upon arrival. Housekeeping often didn't clean, even when multiple requests were made. Music from restaurant was too loud and nonstop. Staff was inept, didn't care, and made that abundantly clear.

Beachfront, newness (2 years old) great lobby, friendly staff. 7 dead flies on ceiling above bed discovered at bedtime. Room seemed a little worn....
The facility is amazing but more so is the staff! Hotel employee with engineering was not only helpful but very personable. Will definatley stay at this hotel again!

It was on the ocean had a restaurant and was just in the right spot for us. The heated pool was perfect. It is not full service which I should have paid more attention to the services, but that aside it is in the perfect location and rooms and bathrooms were clean and sparkling. Beautiful view from the balcony out into the ocean with sunrises and moonrises
Oceanfront Oceanfront balcony was small, bathroom was small. Beware of the Concierge in the lobby. They will talk you into going to a timeshare presentation they claim will take 90 minutes but actually takes 3 hours. 3 hours of my life wasted I can never get back.
Location Everything was fine.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a balcony facing the beach, and it was very clean. I enjoyed everything about the hotel.
The staff!! Hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable The name causes confusion with multiple hilton hotels on the same street
view from room proximity to beach fighter planes from air base extremely loud ,fly over constantly for entire day. unable to enjoy ocean sound with sliding door open due to very loud air conditioner noise from adjoining rooms.
The staff was awesome and super helpful. The pool was amazing too! Room had a great view, very clean. Will definitely return!! Nope!
Only scolding hot water for showers. Room door was open upon arrival, maintenance supply in bathroom but no maintenance person in sight. Front desk was quick to deal with that issue but didn't fix hot water
Great location. Beautiful beachfront rooms. Staff was extremely courteous, and always happy. Everyone from the front desk to walking past maintenance. Rooms were well kept and clean. It is worth the extra emphasis to say that the rooms were clean, as it is very important to many people. My room was exactly as pictured. They did not use a "model" room for the pictures. Within walking distance to dozens of great restaurants. Front desk has a lot of deals and discounts on local attractions. One of the elevators felt a little bit shaky. Couple lots down had construction going (April 2015) so there were sounds of pile drivers going during the week. Being realistic, not the Hotel's fault in any way, but something to keep in mind for spring/summer 2015.
Being on the oceanfront
Our view was aaaammmaaazzziiinnngggggg!!! We were looking for something right off the beach and there it was. The room was very nice, as well, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. My only negative was regarding customer service. The front desk staff and concierge weren't welcoming and didn't seem to have good customer service. However the janitorial staff were very nice and greeter all the time.
Everything was wonderful There wasn't anything we didn't liked
Great location, hotel was quiet. We didn't pay for ocean view room but go one anyway. Breakfast was not bad either. The hotel was on the older side but it worked for us. We were 3 friends looking to getaway from our small children for a weekend ;)
Housecleaning was very courteous. The hotel catered well to all types of folk. Obviously being 4th of July, parking was a little rough but the hotel took care of us.
Great location and helpful staff Breakfast line was crowded and long, ants in the room, room occasionally smelled like smoke, restaurant staff was loud and annoying, elevator was broken, extremely small bathroom.
Room hadn't been cleaned so we were moved to a lower noisy floor. Parking was terrible. Won't stay here again. could have had such a better experience at any competitor
Rooms were clean, Staff friendly and professional. "Oceanfront" is misleading. The room I got was across the street in an older building with no ocean view. Rooms in the older building are open access with little to no security presence. I would have paid more to go to the main Best Western building if rooms were available.
We had a group of 13 year old girls here for a birthday party, the general manager was nice, we had a lot of people and they didn't have any larger rooms available so they let us stay. Service is horrible, housekeeping at night refused to accommodate with towels and blankets, said she was limited to only 4 but at the front desk they gave as many as we needed and the housekeeping gave even more the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the tables were dirty and when I asked one of the ladies if she could wipe off a table for me she said "in a minute" and did something else. We sat somewhere else and she returned when another family tried to sit at the table and asked to have it wiped, then wiped it and warned that it would be very wet. The hotel is old and has a sticky feel to it, I will not be coming back.
Location was great. Rooftop pool provided nice escape from the heat. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms had a grimy feel. Bathroom is tiny. No wifi. Breakfast was minimal. Noise from neighbors at all hours (shouting and blasting music) made sleeping very difficult. Had to keep having keys reset as they would work a few times and then stop.
Nothing Filthy. Stayed for 10 minutes and checked out immediately. Disgusting broken down creepy place.
wifi pool's too small and closed n the morning, rust, ants, sheets not fresh, bed's not soft an elevator about to break
We didn't get ammenities we were suppose to were told we would receive a credit which we did not.
The room was out of date and the spread that was on the bed smell so bad.
The only thing that we enjoyed was the location of the hotel. The ocean was visible from the room and the location was a fun area. To sum it up the hotel suck. When we arrived at the hotel the lobby wasn't even clean. In need of a vacuum. We got checked in took our stuff to the room (room 414) the room was disgusting. needed vacuumed, the smell was horrible, the door looked like someone tried to kick the door in and the door had one inch play when shut. Didn't feel safe. There was a hole in the one wall the air conditioning didn't work so they had a cheap little fan. I noticed the smoke alarm battery spot was opened so I looked at it and no battery inside so I removed it from the wall to see if it was wired in and nope. No working smoke alarm. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or coffee pot. And the room didn't even have an alarm clock. They had a rooftop pool. But the water was a greenish color. After the travel site discount we were paying about $150 a night I wouldn't even want to pay $30 a night for this room. The breakfast sucked for the price we payed and every time we tried to use the toaster or microwave they had electrical problems and they didn't work. The staff for breakfast was rude. We had to stay that night in that nasty room and the next day I demanded another room and they were not happy about it but got us another room. (room 504) this room was livable and smelled better. Even the new room wasn't worth that much money. I feel like we got ripped off.
The staff was helpful and friendly, they even asked what floor we'd prefer. We told them we wanted a good view and we weren't disappointed! The rooms were decent and it was a very short walk to the beach. My only real complaints are that the bathroom was always hot and muggy, and the elevator stunk. The elevator problem could be fixed by putting linoleum on the floor instead of carpet. Also the AC was kind of loud but it didn't bother me too much.
The air condition Dirty rooms. Rusted wholey furniture. Whole in ceiling. Bad carpet. Old
The staff helped me arrange a surprise set up in our room for my husband & was great for ideas of where to eat out. We travel often & never have we had such impeccable service. The staff was wonderful from check in to check out & the free valets were a welcome touch given the parking lot is extremely small. We've booked our room for 2007 already. The rooms were amazing & everything was literally PERFECT. Our 3 year anniversary was undeniably the best due to staying at this particular property. The staff is the epitome of excellent service.
We were very happy with the hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly, location was perfect at the northern end of the beach right on the boardwalk. We took our dogs and it was perfect, the hotel was full of pet lovers, and the staff was very accomodating. The breakfast buffet was good and we appreciated that they changed the variety of the food daily. Complimentary valet was very convenient. The layout of the rooms was very spacious and efficient with a large counter sink outside the bathroom and a full kitchen complete with stovetop (no oven). There is a grill outside for guests to use which is very nice and the pool/spa area was clean and suffiicient. There are no 'pet odors' or signs that this is a pet friendly hotel. It is well worth the price and pet fee. We will definitely stay here again.
I loved my room and the staff and valet parking! None
Great ocean view, clean pools and room, friendly staff, great location.
My husband and I were very pleased with our 5 night stay. Great location right on the beach. Wonderful breakfast each morning. Very relaxing! Our wifi connection was not very good. Our 3 devices were on again/off again. Tech support tried to help and even called us at one point. Oh, well...we were on vacation!
I made this reservation very last minute due to a horrible experience at Topsail NC at a home on the beach. Upon check in Adrianna was very friendly with a cheerful smile willing to listen to my concerns prior to checking in about a clean room. She allowed me to check the room first before signing paperwork. Several time as I walked through the lobby she addressed me appropriately and checked to make sure that everything was to my liking. The room is clean, the balcony is small but can fit 2 people close together. Has a great beach front view. The comments about the air condition are true but you can turn it off while sitting outside. Room cools very quickly. There is a washer and dryer on first floor, along with a fitness center and ice machine. Pool is also located on 1st floor. Breakfast area in nice and has a good selection. Coffee/tea is available in the lobby all day. This is a pet friendly hotel and still very clean. Beach access is very nice; right across from front of hotel wi...
I MADE RESERVATIONS ONLINE. THE HOTEL HAD MY RESERVATION BUT ONLY HAD A KING BED INSTEAD OF MY RESERVED TWO QUEEN-SIZED BEDS. NO PROBLEM. I ACCEPTED THE ROOM. IT WAS CLEAN AND GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THE VIEW SPECTACULAR. I'LL BE BACK.
Location, room, staff friendliness, ease of check in and check out, valet parking Small balcony,
Pet friendly, full kitchens on the beach The ac unit was VERY NOISY. THE AMOUNT IF MONEY WE SPEND THERE THEY SHOULD UPGRADE
The location is amazing. The room is a bit dated but the space is great $100 dog fee is steep. Breakfast was great The dog fee is too high, particularly for a hotel that caters to dogs. The front desk person said that there were 100+ dogs there while we were there. They are making a killing. Most people who travel with their dogs have them very well trained
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Fresh coffee, infused water, information on activities going on were well posted. Discounts available. Room was awesome, clean and I loved set up. I would definitely go back. Np
Very nice property - very satisfied with stay. Will accept pets including very large dogs - which you may pass in the elevator and halls.
Great location - right on the ocean and boardwalk was nice
the personnel was very friendly, willing to help all the time dirty AC filter and sticky Tv remote
Ocean front view, easy access to the beach, hot breakfast. not too many parking spaces
Nice room, provided early checkin and adjacent rooms as requested, good breakfast. Maintenance problems in my parent's room that was addressed but not quickly....staff seemed somewhat indifferent
Checked out early and went to another hotel and n the area. Small rooms, bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. Pool was dirty hair and bugs in it. Was also very small maximum capacity was 12 people. Stayed one night checked out and went to another hotel for the remaining nights of our vacation.
Have stayed here several times over the years mainly because of the excellent location. Have always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. Rooms have always been clean.

Location Mattresses very old and worn out. Large space under door. Safe would not work properly. Pool small and unusable. Elevator sketchy at best. Exterior extremely run down.
We booked the night before we came, they upgraded us free of charge from a two double beds to a single king bed, and allowed us to check it before 11:00 am. Wish it was on the opposite side of the street with more direct view of the ocean/beachfront, however it had very easy access to the boardwalk and beach.
I got bitten by something in the bed. My leg has 2 bites and it is swollen. This occurred on my 2nd night but it was a small bite so I thought it was a mosquito. It got swollen very quickly and it is now big and red. I will never return to that hotel.
Conveniently located directly across the street from beach access entrance. Rooms are updated. Staff is friendly. Room was clean. Great price for location! :) Although the rooms are upgraded, the outside is outdated and could use a good cleaning. The pool was very green. And the elevator was not reliable at all.
The location was great The room was not a double room as advertised, it was a single room (very small) with double beds. I had to pay $--- to get the double room. The elevator did not operate, we had to use the stairs.
The cleaniess of it. The non elevator which made my 80 year old grandmother have to go up 3 flights of stairs... and it was across from the oceanfront not on it likey mother would have liked...
Location was somewhat convenient... only a block away from the beach, but it was advertised as waterfront, which it was not. Mattresses were awful, as was the air conditioning. We did however receive extra towels when we asked. Large refrigerator. Location was not as advertised. Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was not working correctly.
The hotel was close to the ocean. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint was that we had to wait so long for our room but it was understandable once we heard that they had a call off and was short handed that day.
Very clean rooms and friendly staff No
We've stayed here 4 times over the years I will definitely keep choosing 4 Sails I was very satisfied
The staff was wonderful and the rooms were spacious and clean The parking lot was very tight had a hard time getting in and out the parking spaces
Hotel employee was very nice when we checked in. Went above and beyond to help by emailing us with questions about the reservation. Clean room, had great views of both oven and street. Rarely do you get a balcony facing both directions. clean laundry Nothing worth noting.
The balcony The cleanliness of the room
I liked the location the service at the front desk The slow elevators
Location Old, not clean!
Layout of room Terrible mattresses
The hotel staff were FANTASTIC! Every time I'd pass by the front desk, we would pick up in conversation where we left off. Having a full kitchen was so convenient and parking was convenient and allowed me to come and go at my desired times. As far as I am aware, there were no general cooking supplies or place to leave leftover supplies. No biggie, I picked up some cooking oil and spices, but would have been great if they were made available. Also surprised not to see complimentary toiletress
Staff was professional and very hospitable. Room was great for the price. Elevator took a little longer than normal.

Location and customer service from staff. Linen on the bed seemed to be a bit outdated and very old.
The room had a lot of seating(balcony and inside the room). We had a beautiful view and abundant parking, including in front of the hotel, their private small parking garage, and a private open lot across the street. There was no access to a microwave, the room was slightly cramped with excess furniture, the ac kept shutting off, and the bathroom was small and needed some cleaning(thank goodness for lysol), and on the day of checkout when we went to bring our car around, we came back to the surprise that are room keys were no longer functioning as of 9am that morning even though checkout was not til 11am.
Beach, balcony, location on beach, restaurant Plastic mattress pad on bed, tight bathroom
Front desk folks were great. An older gentleman was a joy to work with and we looked for him each time we entered. Cleaning folks asked when we left our room if we needed anything. Putting us in an awkward position, we said towels would be great. So that day nothing was done in our room. The next day she tried the same thing, to which I replied, everything. I felt she just was just trying to get out of doing her job. I like having my room cleaned when on vacation.
i enjoyed looking out at the oceans view everytime i was in the room. i enjoyed the pool and i felt safe using the bathrooms at night using my room key.your staff was friendly as well. wish i there was a microwave
I came down for the night to enjoy the record breaking warm temperatures at Virginia Beach. I stayed at the Oceanfront Inn for the first time and I will be back for sure! The staff was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and in a great location. The price was right too. The hotel is right next to the Hilton and so I loved the location to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
We were passing through town and needed a place for 1 night. It was clean, safe, and right on the beach! It isn't a luxury resort but for the price, it was nice, clean and the staff was helpful. The mattresses weren't top notch but again, for the price, it did the trick. The rooms are a little dated but for a reasonably priced hotel on the beach it is fine. Big plus is we could see the Neptune statue from our balcony. If you want a romantic stay, this would not be the place. But for a beach-front place to stay, it is worth it.
The oceanfront location was very good. The balcony was nice. Breakfast in their restaurant was pretty good. The room was not very clean. There was sand in the corners of the bathroom. The bathroom is a bit small. The carpets were not vacummed well. The furniture was a bit dusty. Our air conditioner broke the first night, but they responded within 5 minutes and fixed it.
The price and the location. The hotel seemed a little too outdated.
Very convienent, comfort zone was excellent and location was great. No
Location,oceanfront Smell in room,hall,small beds,breakfast not included
No room service after 3:00
