In Europe, for the price, location, layout, service...Teatro Pace was a spectacular hotel! The staircase is a bit much to navigate if you're not in great shape but it is part of whats so charming about the place.
The location is really good. Everything was within easy reach. Staff was also most helpful. The room while small, was clean and comfortable. Nil
Hotel was beautiful! The staff great and breakfast brought to your room everymorning was a nice touch. Also the location in the Historic center it was close to everything!
The location! Our tv wasn't working
Excellent location , efficient friendly staff , tasteful decor , right in the heart of the city easy to walk to all main attractions , once inside hotel peaceful , comfortable and rooms are beautiful with all needs catered for.
The location and the staff were amazing. It is so central to so many sites in Rome and just a wonderful place to be at night for bar hopping and eating. The staff was always cheerful and helpful in all regards...even mapping bus routes for us! The room didn't look like the photos (first time this has happened to me on Bookings and it was quite dark (the only window was half hidden behind a wall). Some rugs might have warmed up the room's ambiance (and cut down on overhead noise). And the shower stall was so small that I'd be loathe to recommend this to most Americans.
great location, very friendly and helpful stuff, nice room. in our room was no view at all,but it was still beautiful place
Location excellent Very basic breakfast. Room very small. Shower cubicle tiny.
The hotel is in an excellent position just by Piazza Navona. The hotel is a boutique hotel with interesting rooms. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room which is great!
Great location, well renovated building with stunning decore in the spiral stairwell. Staff were very helpful, whenever requested. No elevator. Thin walls (we had noisy neighbours that stayed up all night).
friendly helpful staff, great central location, clean rooms, good map of city and advice from staff, balcony in room poor breakfast, small sized rooms, stairs up to reception.
Location is great for visiting all major sites on foot. About 20 minutes anywhere. You could tell it had been a pensione and was trying to become a hotel. Hard because I didn't have anything to compare it with. It was within our budget and for Rome in mid-August was pretty good.
Great Location. By far, the better aspect of the hotel. Walking distance from all the main atractions in Rome. Much better if we would stayed in any Hotel near Termini Station. That would have been a big mistake considering that our goal was to stay in Rome just for a few days. Safe city area at night. The hotel staff was very helpfull and nice to us. 1) The bathroom shower flor was not clean. That was not nice at all.. 2) It is a very old building. The fotos on the website are much better than the real deal. 3) We thought that would be a much better deal in terms of Price Vs Confort. 4)Breakfast is very simple and served in a small room.
Friendly staff, nice rooms. Excellent location! After 7 days with white bread and juice that tastes like fanta without bubbles for breakfast my stomach was really mad.
I liked the location & the quiet & the simplicity of the room. Cleanliness is important & that criteria was met. That breakfast wasn't included
The location of the hotel is very good This hotel is really very bad value for money, dirty, small room, unfriendly staff, one can do a lot better in Rome than to stay here, not recommended at all.
The location was excellent for walking to major sites in Rome. There was also plenty of hot water and heat at night. The building is old and the air quality was not very good.
There wasnt a lot to like. extremely hard to find hotel. Very small shower as well as mold in shower. After maid cleaned room they left the outside door open, lucky nothing was taken.
Hotel Navona's greatest asset is the location. For anyone who is thinking about scouting the city on foot this is, beyond any doubt, the perfect spot. It is close (takes seconds by foot) to one of the most beautifull squares in the world, full of bars and restaurants (you reach it within a few seconds) and it is possible to visit the main atractions in Rome by simply giving use to your feet :d Vatican and it's marvelous museum, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Colisseum, Fiore Romanum and Altare de la Patria, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, Via Condotti and so on. Every main atraction is at a pedestrian's reach. The hotel is quite cosy and has good air conditioning, an important feature in the roman moisty and hot weather. The employees are nice and give great tips for turists (also in english), especially Mr. Antonio. Cleaning is effective and regular. At the arrival it may seem quite decadent, mainly due to the dodgy look of the street and the terrible look of the building's ground floor but as soon as you enter the hotel (wich is located in the first floor), the decadency feeling fades away. They also have wireless connection in the main hall. The breakfast is quite poor in my opinion, but I'm quite suspicious, since I'm a raging fanatic of the english/american brand. They could improve it by adding ingredients from the english and american types. The wireless connection could be extended to the rooms. The furniture, tough functional, was quite old in my room; the same goes for the television.
Very central location. Many tourist attractions within walking distance of hotel. Bedroom comfortable but bathroom was very small.
