Service for calling a taxi was given quickly and kindly. And it was well organized. Free water bottle was not prepared in a room.
The hotel was in a great location to be close to the Grand Bazar and most of the tourist sights. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I thought the prices for dinner and lunch were extrememly high up stairs, but there are plenty of restaraunts in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped with directions any time we asked for them. Would stay again.
The hotel was nice but had a few flaws. first, do not eat the breakfast buffet, extremely over priced. They also keep the building very warm by not running the a/c too much.
Very good location walking distrance to most main tourists attraction venue. Overall attractive hotel except for room 219 WIFI can barely have any reception and one particular security can't even speaks English.
The hotel is situated almost across the street from the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of many of the historical sites, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc etc. Hotel is clean and efficient and provides free use of the business center. Only problem with the hotel (and this applies to most of Istanbul) is that there is hardly any English spoken by the staff!
This hotel is located walking distance to the Famous Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. This location can spare you the headache of taking a taxi. Traffic is literally a nightmare in Istanbul
This is a lovely, small hotel with great personal service and a good location for seeing the main sites of Istanbul. It's well priced for the quality, the suites are both lovely and good value for money. I appreciated the hotel staff who were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Their guidance for independent exploration was perfectand they offer other facilitated support for those who might require it.
We liked everything at this hotel. The quality of service is excellent; the rooms are cozy, and well arranged. The service is one of the best I have experienced. Definitely will come back and recommend.
Staff are friendly and kind. There are many sightseeng spots and a tramby station nearby. It's little noisy.
The double room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and modern and yet still had old world charm and specific decor to that culture. I would definitely stay there again.
Room is well designed, service is friendly and efficient, front desk manager is able to anticipate our requirements and is conversant in English (refreshingly so!), and great roof top view of the sea.
Location Small bathroom
We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the service. The service in the morning was very good. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. We appreciated their helpfulness.
We loved the friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast on the roof. That is a special way to start a day in Istanbul---view of the ships and the sea. Rooms are fine, but quite small. The staff is proud of their hotel and make the best of an older design.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A little noisy at night (outside noise)
Friendly helpful staff, clean & well-furnished room. Location was good too - by foot, 3min from Grand Bazar and 15min from Hagia Sofia etc. Room was a little small.
Its house staff, always ready to answer my questions and doubts in a most polite and gentle manner. The room was somewhat smaller than expected, but even so it was a fair deal for the price charged.
bath room was so nice and the room it self so nice but small size i think it was desgin for one persone the main thing was there was no windows in the room , food was ok but same staff every day , some staff was not awear of the colesing days of some pleaces .
The staff was very kind, very good location and clean.Everything was great.
Brand new 4* hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent decor, lovely bathroom, great breakfast choice. Location is good, 10-15 min walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, 2min to tram stop, opposite University and Grand Bazar. Highly recommended, very good value for money.
Nice ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning. I had 60% discount off room rates via online booking. Entirely satisfactory! The rooms could have been a bit more sound proof as there are neighbouring guests who slam doors and talk loudly when they come in very late at night. Perhaps this was also due to the fact that my room was near to the lifts.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Bad sound isolation from corridor and neighbours.
The rooms were clean and stylish. Close to local transport and city sites. The first night we had a room with no windows, a bit cramped claustrophobic. We asked to be moved to a room with windows, which the reception staff arranged.
We likes the location as it was close to most major attractions in old Istanbul. The location was a bit worrisome when we got there but we felt completely safe. Breakfast at the hotel had a nice variety of food. Across the street was a great street full of reataurants with everyone competing for your business, a wonderful chaos.
Reception was very helpful and location was fantastic--right across from the Grand Bazaar and a short walk or tram ride to Sultanhamet. I stayed here when I had a 22 hour layover in Istanbul so I was able to see things quickly. Room was very small (about 2 feet of space on two sides of the bed) and there were no surfaces to work on or put things. Would not recommend for an extended stay, but great for a short visit.
Location location location Not clean Breakfast
Staff was kind. Clean room, but small. Location is not too bad. Hot water was not available. Water started leaking from the shower room making the bathroom floor all wet.
Clean and convenient. Noisy during daytime, but OK during night. Location of the hotel in the website map was not accurate.
