isolation from the polution and hectic life outside i arrived early morning from airport and the staff could not locate my booking, it took them more thare 20 min to find it and turned out that they have mispelled my name even though i showed them my hard copy from booking.com
Good hotel for business travellers. Especially IT related. I chose this hotel as I had some work related to software installation up there (for my wife as she is IT professional). However, I could see many tourists up there. I got good comfortable room and hotel staff was courteous. I found location not so great for tourists. It seems to be in old city. Not so great view from window.
Proximity to the city Interiors badly built from the start, maintenance poor, room service hygene standards poor, staff awkward often, loud techno music playing in the courtyard and reverberating throughout the hotel all night, felt like I was in a 1970's James Bond film mixed with star wars, didn't dig the vibe
The staff is among the best I've met. Special thanks to Praveen for making our stay beyond comfortable. Being a Jain, my friend though he would have limited options in terms of food but the staff went out of their way to make customized food. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff very responsive. And you can also use the main Marriott's facilities which is a few meters away (connected by a skywalk) making this a great value for money option. Absolutely nothing.
The hospitality, excellent staff, great food, value for money.
Professional, clean management. Value for the money. None
Very nice buffet and polite staff. This is DEFINITELY a 5 star hotel facility. Does not even deserve a 4 star rating. It is a good 3 star facility. Poor décor.
very close to the conference place.
It is conveniently located for work at HITEX exhibition centre, which is right next to it. TV interface was not so friendly. I could have walked to my place of work i.e. HITEX exhibition centre, but Staff did not allow us to use the access to HITEX. Alternative suggested was road for cars - making us walk 3 times.
