The hotel rooms were very comfortable having great facilities, but I didn't understand whether the hotel was built or renovated recently??!! Because some parts of the rooms were really worn out, however the lobby and entrance was very good. The location was great. Very nice and lively street to walk through. The rooms had great view. Well the rooms seemed clean but inside the cabinets were all full of dust, seemed like they havn't been cleaned for months! In every floor, construction men were either painting the walls, fixing the floor...The breakfast was not good, and at the end when we wanted to check out and pay, there was a slight difference between what we had confirmed with booking.com and what they calculated and since everyone barely speaks english, we had to pay because they didn't understand what we said! And I forgot to say that on the day of check in when we gave our booking.com reservation to the front desk they said that you have no reservation!!! but we will arrange rooms for you at the moment!
The worse hotel staff I ever faced for my 20 yrs of hotel guest experiences. surely does not even match 2 star hotel staff(reception) level. After staying 3 nites there wanted to extend another 2 nites more. I call up the front desk and get verbal confirmation for 1 bedroom premier. 2.30 hrs later received call from front desk. He said I must get out the room before 12 noon (it was 10.43 when he called me) I said I have extended 2 nites more. He said no room available.I Told him to listen recorded phone conversation to confirm! He said firmly no room available and the lady who confirm the room was new comer its her fault! In fact hotel had opened 40 days ago all staff was new comer! What a great service! As I have mentioned staff and staff.. I have showed them my booking confirmation email but they saif they did not received it and I must wait till they got the confirmation and let me do the check in! I told them take the necessasy deposit and just let me do check in , put on my things. The answer is no! Eventhough after seen my email confirmation! I thought Singapore companies does professional job everywhere in this world. The next day extended 2 nites thru another website but I have got the same problem. They said I did not booked room! Showed them prepaid purchase confirmation! They guy smiled on me sarcasticly said ; no booking on system! Sounds like you are trying to cheat me!
The worst service in my life. Staff didn't even bother to say hello when we check in.
Good location, great facilities (including washing machine), good cosmetics, big and comfort room, excellent bed Due to the contract with booking.com room rate include breakfast only for 1 person. The hotel staff even didn't tell us about it and it was very bad surprise. It's really look very rude when for 2 persons in room only 1 breakfast. By the way, it cost not very much, so the reason is obscure.
