Only stayed for one night. Clean, comfortable, and cheap. Front desk staff was awesome. Overall service was great, but room service and dining...well see what I didn't like. Location was okay. Room service was abysmal. Asian portion of the menu was unavailable because the the Chinese cooks left early. WHAT? Not mention the staff didn't know what menu to was available at the correct time either. Not something you expect from a "5-star" hotel, and not something you want to deal with, after a very long work week.
The beautiful and utterly uncrowded lake - it was really nice to walk outside and the air quality was stunning! No huge dislikes - the staff seemed not quite right for the hotel, not always very well informed... but they were very nice and had a good attitude - perhaps they just need a bit more training in behaving like representatives of such a fine hotel
quality of hotel its remoteness from the town centre
As a golf caddie I was working so it was easy and central for me No all was good
The rooms are huge and good equipped. The price for such a hotel was quite low. Takes some time to get to the inner city.
Extremely helpfull, smiling, and competent staff, with an English speaking supervisor on duty at all times. Rooms Clean and new, and interior quite tasteful for a hotel. Only a short taxi ride from downtown Suzhou. Breakfast leaves room for improvement, but is not bad at all.
First and foremost, what a wonderful hotel! The lobby is immaculate and very comfortable to meeting clients and friends. Loved the gym and the swimming pool! Very nice and clean locker room. The hotel is practically brand new. The Italian resturant reminded me of Italy! The GM even greeted me in the lobby. Very warm and friendly! Highly recommend it.
