All the Services / facilities exeleant I did like evrey thing but the breakfast they need to add more selction to it
Very good central location within a walk of all sites, shops & restaurants yet quiet rooms. Good modern design and decor. Very helpful front desk staff. Hotel only open 3 days so small problems like no international adaptors and nowhere to hang wet towels in bathroom.
Location, quietness. No lift from ground floor.
Great locaiton, reasonably priced, trendy decor, great breakfast room, balcony a bonus, markets right outside the door on Sundays. Although Wifi was free, we could not connect on our notebook & staff couldn't solve the issue. No elevator to the first level (reception) entailed taking luggage up steep stairs.
Upgraded to best room with balcony overlooking the Basilica St Sernin square and thoroughly enjoyed the location, close to center of Toulouse yet on a quiet residential/commercial area. Entrance is a little intimidating as a modest side street walk up to second floor reception - two star but with charm and service. Good value.
The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. By french standards they are somewhat large also. The front desk were also very helpful and welcoming. The shower did spray onto the bathroom floor a little, but it wasn't really a problem.
The location: in the centre of town with all shops, restaurants etc at walking distance. The staff has a personal approach.
Excellent breakfast and location, very helpful staff Unattractive reception area and dinggy hallways
the decor was charming and the view from our room (of St Sernin) could not be bettered the cramped parking and narrow entrance stairs - altho we coped with both and neither would put us off booking again
Renovated with a style
The Hotel is centrally located with good access to rail station and airport buses. I have stayed before and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Staff were very nice and helpful, good location, good price
Good value for money. Nice, clean and a very sentral location.
It was a great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Simple standard which was all that we wanted - but clean, excellent location and excellent value for money. Minor point a tea making facility in the room would have been fab.
Location was great the food
Little or no light in the room; ants
The hotel was very central. The room was noisy as it was next to the breakfast room. There were only 2 electric plugs in the room, one on the floor (not very secure in the wall) and one up high for the TV. To use a hairdryer by the mirror, we had to climb on a chair to unplug the TV. The carpet was very dusty in the corner behind the lamp. There was mould in the shower and the water ran away far too slowly.
Very central location for the city and near the airport bus stop. Good double glazing kept the city noise at bay. Particularly useful as they were celebrating winning the French Rugby Championship.
Extremely good and conveninent location, nice and clean, good service, friendly host/hostess at reception, very welcoming attention.
Location, minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, and people watching on the wilson square. Rooms small and a little tired.
Staff trying to do their best.. but not so easy entry door not open during most of the day. I had to stay in the city during 2 hours before entering the hotel. There is a phone number but cannot be reached when i called.
Location is good, staff helpful Not clean
I staied at the hotel 5 nights. In general everything was fine: kind stuff, the room was not posh but clean. However I missed a good table in the room, since I had to work a lot on my laptop. Also before taking shower I had to wait approximately 15 minutes before water became hot enough. But maybe this is normal for French houses... On my mind this hotel is good for holiday traveling but not for business trip.
